St. Joan of Arc Parish wants to provide information and transparency about parish activities. In keeping with that intention, this page will offer minutes of various committees, councils and ministries as they become available.

Keep in mind that minutes may not be immediately available as the minutes for any given meeting must be approved by that group at its next meeting before they may be published. Additionally, meetings are occasionally cancelled, and some groups go on hiatus during the summer and the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, so there may not be minutes for those times.

The hope is that St. Joan of Arc parishioners and those outside the parish will access these documents to view not only how the parish operates, but also to check for updates about the goals and activities of our committees and ministries.

All interested parishioners are welcome to attend meetings of our committees, ministries and other groups. If you have questions, please call the Parish Office.

Joint Leadership - Strategic Plan Update, January, 2009.

Joint Leadership Minutes:  This group meets quarterly, and the April, 2009 Minutes are the most recent minutes. Minutes for the July, 2009 meeting should be available shortly. The Joint Leadership Committee is set to meet again in October, 2009.

Pastoral Council: These are the most recently approved minutes. The Pastoral Council did not meet in June, and held its meeting in conjunction with the Joint Leadership meeting in July. The next Pastoral Council meeting is scheduled for September, 2009.

Stewardship Committee: These are the most recently approved minutes. Earlier minutes may be accessed from the Stewardship page on this website. The next Stewardship Committee meeting will be on August 17, 2009.
